I
follow the test assistant in the Intermediate Accounting Laboratory of one year
ago. I was following the test including written test, tutorials test, and
interview with staff. There are three essay questions in the written test. The first
question is what continuation of MYOB, the second question that the steps to
create a list of fixed assets in software Zahir, and the last question was a
case of reconciliation. Time to work on the written test is forty minutes. Alhamdulillah
within forty minutes I can do all three well written test questions.
Written
test results already announced. Alhamdulillah I passed the written test. The next
test is a tutorials test. Material for tutorials test consists of MYOB, DEA,
and Zahir. One by one the names of candidates Aslab called to take the tutorial
test. Their expressions when following the tutorial test also vary. There is a
flat, smiling, laughing, or maybe still a little bit nervous.
Now
it was my turn that followed the tutorial tests. After I say hello and
introduce myself, I was asked by one of them “want to explain what material?”
steadily I immediately replied “I would like to explain the material on MYOB.” Sister
who is on a computer connected to the projector directly open to the MYOB
software. From there I was given a question on the difference between software
MYOB, DEA, and Zahir. Functions menu MYOB start screen, etc. Completion of the
tutorial test I was told that the test results will be announced on the Blog of
the Aslab Labamen at 9.00 PM.
Evenings
at 8.30 PM I saw the announcement with curiosity and excited. Alhamdulillah I
passed again in the tutorial test, and pass to the final stage is an interview
with a staff that will be held on August 20, 2015 at 9.00 AM in the staff room
E429 accounting laboratory.
The
next day I was ready to take the final test, a interviews test with staff. At that
time I was interviewed by the mother Erna Kustyarini. Lecturer who taught my
class softskill courses 3rd semester cooperative economics, Taxtion subjects
5th semester, and accounting tax subjects in the 6th semester. During the
interview, the mother Erna ask our ability as Aslab, as well as our
personality. Not only that, Mrs. Erna also motivated me if fail to become Aslab
Labamen to do not give up ant try to re-apply to other accounting Laboratory.
After
all that is done the interview with the staff, one Aslab inform that the
announcement that pass the interwiew will be on a magazine Labamen wall after midday
call to prayer (adzan dzuhur). I waited quite a long time the announcement,
eventually one Aslab Labamen bring some paper ant stick them on a magazine
Labamen wall. She also informed that the interview later escaped together in
the intermediate accounting laboratory at 1.00 PM. We all flocked to see the
announcement. Alhamdulillah I passed interwiews with staff, and Alhamdulillah I
was an Asisstant in the Laboratory Intermediate Accounting.
